
Education Manager
Job Description
Job Purpose:
The Education Manager drives the end-to-end design, delivery, and continuous improvement of INJAZ Egypt’s learning portfolio—entrepreneurship, work readiness, financial literacy, STEM, and technology. Working closely with program implementers and stakeholders, the role ensures every course is evidence-based, youth-centered, and aligned with national and global education trends. The Education Manager also leads the Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) agenda, translating data into insights that strengthen impact and scale and support the organization in fulfilling ROI reporting to key stakeholders and partners.

Responsibilities:

Conduct market and learner-needs research to identify gaps and opportunities.

Lead the creation and periodic revision of curricula, lesson plans, and facilitator guides.

Produce consolidated program briefs, implementation manuals, and supporting documentation.

Recommend innovative tools, resources, and hybrid (in-person/online) delivery models that enhance reach and engagement.

Collaborate with leadership to plan and adapt programs for growth across the Inspire–Prepare–Succeed (IPS) spectrum of learning experiences.

Oversee nationwide roll-out of programs across schools and universities.

Design and deliver Training-of-Trainers (ToT) workshops for volunteers, teachers, and coordinators.

Conduct field visits and use feedback loops to coach implementers, maintaining consistently high standards.

Submit semi-annual implementer-performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Supply the Operations team with finalized curricula and production-ready materials.

Deploy M&E frameworks and tools to track inputs, outputs, outcomes, and long-term impact.

Aggregate and analyze program data; surface trends and insights for decision-making.

Publish an annual Education Impact Report and a year-end Curriculum Development Plan.

Collaborate with the Business Development team to define ROI metrics linking program impact to funding objectives.

Translate learning outcomes and impact data into compelling stories and dashboards for donors and partners.

Provide timely, data‑driven reports demonstrating returns on investment.

Ensure alignment between program evidence and grant proposals, renewal pitches, and strategic partnerships.

Candidate Profile Requirements:
​

4–6 years in education management, curriculum design, or program development—ideally within a nonprofit or youth-focused setting.

Demonstrated success in training delivery, volunteer coordination, and M&E.

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Social Sciences, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Formal training in youth development or instructional design is a plus.

Native-level Arabic and fluent in English (spoken and written).
