Monitoring & Evaluation Officer

Job Description

Job Purpose:

 

To support the execution of INJAZ programs by managing day-to-day program content development, monitoring and evaluation tools, training coordination, and operational tasks. The role ensures the seamless delivery of educational programs by collaborating with internal teams, trainers, and external stakeholders.

Reports to:

Strategy & Impact Manager.

Responsibilities:

​Program Content Development & Management

  1. Review and refine program content to ensure relevance, quality, and alignment with organizational objectives.

  2. Update and adapt existing program materials to meet the needs of students and other stakeholders.

  3. Coordinate with external content development partners to ensure deliverables meet INJAZ’s learning outcomes and quality standards.

  4. Manage the preparation and finalization of program documents and kits, ensuring they are ready for printing and distribution.

Monitoring & Evaluation Support

  1. Assist in the implementation of qualitative and quantitative M&E tools, including feedback surveys, interviews, and focus groups.

  2. Plan and support team field visits to monitor program delivery and collect data.

  3. Ensure accurate data entry for pre- and post-tests and support in the analysis of collected data.

Training Coordination

  1. Coordinate and distribute all program-related content required by trainers, coordinators, and volunteers.

  2. Support the delivery of Training of Trainers (TOT) sessions for trainers, coordinators, and volunteers.

Training

  1. Deliver training to volunteers, facilitators and trainers on INJAZ programs.

  2. Design content for the trainings.

Key Deliverables

  1. Updated and high-quality program content and kits.

  2. Accurate and timely M&E data collection and reporting.

  3. Well-coordinated training sessions and content distribution for trainers and volunteers.

Qualification and Skills:

Education:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  1. 2+ years of experience in program coordination, curriculum/content development, or a related field.

  2. Experience with M&E tools and processes is a plus.

Skills:

  1. Strong organizational and project management skills.

  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  3. Ability to review and refine educational content with attention to detail.

  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital learning platforms.

  5. Data analysis and reporting skills are a plus.
