
PROGRAMS OFFICER (PRIVATE SECTOR)
REPORTING TO: Programs Manager
Job Description
Position Summary:​

The Programs Officer supports the implementation of INJAZ Egypt’s programs within private schools and universities, ensuring effective delivery across the organization’s four key pillars: entrepreneurship, work readiness, financial literacy, and STEM & technology. The role involves coordination with partner institutions, volunteer support, program logistics, and field-level monitoring to ensure programs meet quality and impact standards.

Responsibilities:

Program Planning, Coordination & Implementation

Coordinate and support the implementation of programs in private schools and universities as per INJAZ Egypt’s operational plans.

Liaise with partner institutions to manage scheduling, logistics, and classroom readiness.

Deliver in-person sessions or support volunteer-led sessions as needed, ensuring high-quality facilitation.

Monitor session attendance and engagement, and flag any delivery challenges to the Programs Manager.

Assist in adapting program materials to suit local needs while maintaining alignment with INJAZ curricula.
Financial and Resource Management

Ensure efficient use of resources during program delivery, including materials and logistical arrangements.

Support the Programs Manager in tracking program-related expenses and needs.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Provide technical and logistical support to volunteers, coordinators and trainers before and during session delivery.

Build collaborative relationships with school and university focal points.

Act as the main contact for volunteers, trainers and coordinators during program implementation and escalate issues as needed.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement

Document session outcomes, participant feedback, and key observations.

Support the Programs Manager in preparing program reports and success stories.

Participate in internal feedback sessions to improve program delivery and content.

Job Holder's Main Requirements:
​
Experience:
2-4 years of experience in education, youth development, or nonprofit program delivery. Experience in coordination and on-ground implementation is required.
​
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Social Sciences, Youth Development, or related areas).
​
Language:
Excellent command of both written and spoken Arabic and English.
